Cofidur EMS has been developing and manufacturing electronic boards and products for 50 years.
Historically major player in embedded systems and hard environments (aeronautics, railway, weapons, defense...), Cofidur EMS is involved in almost all areas of professional electronics, with very different types of applications, volumes and product mix.
400 employees, and more than 52 M Euros of turnover in 2021
Since July 2021, a new management team has taken over from the older shareholders. Autonomous, close to operational issues and free to make decisions, the new management team is currently deploying a strategic plan called Ambition 2025 - 80 M Euros - which focuses on the development of people and the company through several axes: growth, human capital, digitalization and communication.
