ENGIE Ineo contributes to meeting a wide range of challenges for its customers, rail and urban transport operators: enhancing the attractiveness of regions by implementing sustainable, intermodal and universally accessible mobility solutions; controlling construction and maintenance budgets ; and providing innovative financing solutions.

The Transport activity at ENGIE Ineo is based on the historical know-how of 5 delegated divisions (Ineo UTS, Ineo SCLE Ferroviaire, Ineo Systrans, Ineo SCLE SFE, Ineo Postes & Centrales) coordinated as part of the turnkey projects by Ineo Rail. The combination of these skills enables ENGIE Ineo to design and implement innovative transport systems while guaranteeing the quality, safety, reliability and performance of infrastructures and projects.

In this way, INEO Rail aims to promote and develop INEO's activity in the Transport sector by providing assembly skills, in terms of study, analysis, response to calls for tenders, negotiation, assembly, assembly, direction, and management of projects for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure in the field of public rail and/or urban transport in France, and export and the following activities:

- The catenary or overhead contact line;
- Rail power supply;
- Traction logic, emergency stop equipment;
- Energy substations, delivery stations, turnaround stations;
- Braking energy recovery systems;
- Signaling, integration of the various components and deployment;
- Emergency telephony and ground-to-train radio links;
- High and low current equipment in stations and technical rooms;
- Passenger information systems;
- Operating support systems;
- And more generally all activities within the framework of railway and/or urban projects.

The products developed by the EIG's member enable us to offer differentiating offers for our customers and to address all types of markets (EI. Supply, works, turnkey). Our expertise and know-how are focused on 4 areas:

- Signaling: Tram signaling system; signaling systems and equipment (Interlocking ERTMS); integration; installation; traffic light management.
- Telecom and safety security: transmission Network (optical-Fiber); radio communication (voice and data); railway phone-systems; ground to train communication; network supervision; public address; CCTV Access control, intrusion detection.
- Control & Monitoring: fixed equipment SCADA; Energy monitoring system; automatic vehicle localization; computer aided dispatch; passenger information and CCTV.
- Power supply electrification: HV substation; traction supply and distribution; LV supply and distribution; catenary; overhead contact lines; lighting network and energy recovering.
