1975: SABL� settled in Roche La Molière (Loire, France), seat equipment manufacturer for international markets of motors vehicles and rails vehicles

1982: SABLÃ? is acquired by GRAMMER, a German company specialised in industrial seating

1994: SABLÃ? is acquired by the Spanish automotive group GRUPO ANTOLIN and the name of the company becomes first IRAUSA LOIRE then GRUPO ANTOLIN LOIRE

2006: GRUPO ANTOLIN TRANSPORT, who groups together the railway activities, is settled in a new site situated in Andrézieux-Bouthéon

2010: GRUPO ANTOLIN TRANSPORT is acquired by GRUPPO INDUSTRIALE TOSONI (Italy) and becomes SAIRA SEATS
